They’re gathering in Auckland this week. The 15th round of negotiations for a Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement; TPPA for short. New Zealand prime minister, John Key, says it’s a process of “give and take” — which I took to mean — “we give, they take”.
So, what exactly is this TPPA . . . and how does it benefit the Peoples of the Pacific?
